What are Buutti’s trainings like?

At Buutti, work-based learning is the cornerstone of our training programs. Our trainers are software developers themselves, ensuring that the content and methods of our trainings are genuinely drawn from real-world experience and relevant to companies.

Based on regional needs assessments, we incorporate the technologies that businesses require into our programs. Participants delve into technologies and practices that matter to companies, focusing on both general software development principles and industry-relevant tools.

Technical skills alone don’t make a proficient software developer. That’s why we also emphasize essential workplace skills, such as teamwork, version control, and the ability to apply Scrum project methodologies.

After completing the training, your job title could be, for example, Software Developer Trainee, Junior Developer, JavaScript Developer, Front-End Developer, Full Stack Developer, or C# Developer.

Who are the trainings for?

To be eligible for the training, you must be a customer of TE Services or a municipal trial program.

Depending on the specific training, your background and initial programming skills can vary significantly. Buutti offers a range of programs to suit different skill levels – from introductory software development starter courses for those beginning their careers to more advanced recruitment-focused training programs.

You might be an experienced IT professional looking to update your skills or a career swifter aiming to break into the programming field. The most important thing is that you are motivated to develop your programming skills.
