During the 50-day theoretical training, participants dive into modern software, AI tools, and industry-standard project practices. After this, they move on to a 67-day internship period, working in trainee or junior-level roles at a local company.

Who are the trainees?

Participants in Buutti’s training programs are typically either recent graduates from ICT-relates studies or highly educated career changers with academic background or hobbyist experience in programming. Some may also be more experienced professionals in the field who are looking to update their skills with modern technologies and AI tools.

Training content

Trainee Academy program consists of a 50-day theoretical training followed by a 67-day internship period. During the theory phase, participants focus on selected topics according to their personalized study plan, such as ➡️

During the theory phase, participants work in groups to complete a reference project. In this project, they apply the technologies they’ve learned as well as common industry practices, such as agile methodologies, Scrum, and Git version control.
