Recruiting through Buutti’s training program saves your company time and financial resources, allowing you to focus on what matters most. Buutti handles all the practical arrangements – candidate sourcing, pre-interviews, and selections, presenting potential candidates based on your needs, arranging interviews, and managing the paperwork once a suitable candidate is found.
Your company can directly interview the most promising candidates, and once the right person is selected, you’ll get to collaborate with them during the internship phase. At the end of the internship, a final recruitment decision is made. This process is straightforward and low-risk for your company.
When a suitable candidate is found, we train them in modern technologies and work methods to ensure they are well-prepared to join your team. Our support doesn’t end when the internship begins – we provide ongoing assistance throughout the period as needed.

Our trainees are technically skilled juniors equipped with knowledge, updated expertise, and experience in technologies and industry work practices gained during Buutti’s training programs.
Their backgrounds and prior experience vary. Most have a degree in the ICT field or previous programming experience through work or hobby projects. Some are looking to update their skills in modern technologies, while others aim to refocus their expertise, for example, toward web or application development. There are also career changers keen to apply their strong expertise from another field to software development.
In the selection process, we emphasize motivation and a genuine interest in learning and developing.
We collaborate with TE Services and ELY Centers, which cover 50–70% of the training costs (the support percentage varies by program and region). Thus, recruiting a new professional through recruitment or labor market training is cost-effective for your company.
During the on-the-job learning period, the company pays only its share of the costs outside the TE Services and ELY Centers’ funding. After the training, you can inquire directly with the TE Services about the possibility of wage subsidies for hiring the trainee.
Interviews do not commit you to anything. You can interview one or more candidates and decide how to proceed afterward.
